All prices are in U.S. Dollars.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use AutoCamcorder.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian. AutoCamcorder.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.

Sales Tax

AutoCamcorder.com purchases will include sales tax based on the ship-to location and the sales tax rate in effect at the time of shipping. No sales tax is assessed on orders being sent outside of California State.

Shipping

All orders are shipped using UPS Ground with tracking number. We are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO addresses or US territories.

Returns

At AutoCamcorder.com, we pride ourselves on keeping our customers satisfied with our merchandise.

If you do decide that a product does not meet design expectations, we will accept its return for exchange or credit as long as the product is returned to us undamaged, in original condition and original packaging, within 15 days of purchase. No refunds will be made. Please contact us via email before sending. All returned items must be returned in their original boxes, tags, labels, and properly packaged to avoid damage in shipping.

Upon satisfactory receipt, you will receive credit equal to your purchase price less shipping, postage, handling and restocking charges. All costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We are unable to accept returns on used, damaged or merchandise returned more than 15 days after delivery. Please do not send us items that do not meet these conditions, as we cannot issue credits for non-qualifying merchandise and cannot return the merchandise to you.

It would be considerate to give us a quick email to discuss your return, and additional instruction to process the return will be conveyed at that time.

Back Orders

At times certain items may be temporarily out of stock. If this should happen and the turnaround period is going to impact the delivery of your purchase, we will notify you as quickly as possible via email or telephone, to discuss adjusted ship dates, or alternative selections.

It is our intention to provide you with quality and service, and every attempt will be made to keep you informed of any delay in your order.

User Warranties

In placing an order, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age, and that you are providing accurate, true, and complete information, and that you have the authority to place the order.

You expressly understand and agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk and that this site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We reserve the right to terminate your account and restrict your use of this site if we have reason to believe you have violated any of these terms and conditions, including providing us with false information.
